Our Story

A.W. Companies was founded in 2017 by CEO Wendy Brown with a simple belief: when you invest in people, you change everything. As a woman-owned organization with decades of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, and business process outsourcing, we built A.W. to open doors for overlooked talent and help businesses thrive through human-centered support.

Today, our team brings more than 100 years of combined expertise across staffing, workforce management, consulting, and contact center operations. We focus on hiring and developing exceptional people, building purposeful career pathways, and giving our clients reliable, scalable support that keeps their operations running smoothly.
