A.W. Companies, Inc. is a privately owned, woman-owned business with leaders in the staffing industry for 20+ years. A.W. Companies, Inc. was established in 2017 by owner and CEO Wendy Brown to make lives better and be the best talent & outsourcing partner for our clients. As our team and organization have grown, we have developed a unique approach to the most complex talent-related challenges our clients face.

Our team represents over 100 years of combined experience in staffing & recruiting, business management, consulting, and business process outsourcing. Our focus areas include hiring talent, managing talent, and helping our clients keep their talent engaged through our comprehensive A.W. Companies, Inc. programs.
